Randall Reese

Managing Partner

Most people know Charles Randall Reese as Randall, son of Wanda Reese and the late Rev. Charles E. Reese of Thomson. Serving others is his passion. He is a 2005 graduate of Thomson High School, a graduate of Augusta Technical College and a graduate from Ogeechee Technical College with an Associates Degree in Mortuary Science. Randall started his career in the funeral profession in 2008 serving part time with Beggs Funeral Home. Later moving full time to Curtis Funeral Home. He expanded his role in the funeral profession in 2021 when he accepted the position managing Paul M. Lowe Funeral Home and Lowe Vault and Monument Company. In 2026 becoming a managing partner of the funeral home.

Randall enjoys investing time in his community through being a charter member of Second Chance Independent Church. He was a member of the Kiwanis Club of Thomson serving as president, past member of Friends of the Library in Thomson, Secretary of the Camellia City Lions Club of Thomson, Past Board member for the Thomson-McDuffie County Library., a member of Warren County Chamber of Commerce and board member, and Kiwanis Club of Warrenton Member. He attended monument retailer classes in Elberton, Georgia, to expand his knowledge to serve your family. Randall is a State of Georgia Licensed Life Insurance Agent, as well as Licensed in Georgia and South Carolina to teach Continuing Education Classes to Funeral Directors and Embalmers. He is a member of the Georgia Funeral Directors Association, having served as District 3 Chairman.

Paul Lowe

Owner and Funeral Director

Paul has been in the funeral and monument industry since 1984. He is a licensed funeral director in both Georgia and South Carolina, the Coroner for Warren County since July of 1999, and a longtime resident of Warren County. Married to his wife Becky since 1993, they have a daughter Lauren. Paul and Becky are members of the Norwood Baptist Church. He was a former deacon and sunday school teacher. He trained with the Georgia Granite Association. Paul has served various roles with the Georgia Coroners Association, including being the president. He is also a member of the Georgia Funeral Directors Association.

Paul Lowe cares about the families that he serves. He wants to provide the best funeral services at an economical price. Over the years, Paul has discovered how to give each family just that.

Taylor Bales

Funeral Director and Embalmer

Taylor graduated from Glascock County Consolidated School in May 2021, where she earned the honor of salutatorian. In 2022, she was awarded a college scholarship from the Georgia Funeral Directors Association. She went on to complete her Associate’s Degree in Mortuary Science at Ogeechee Technical College in Statesboro, Georgia, graduating in May 2024. Taylor has been a licensed Funeral Director in the state of Georgia since August 2024.

Born and raised in Glascock County, Taylor has served families with compassion since the age of 16, when she first began her career in the funeral industry. She cares deeply about the families in her community and is excited to begin this next chapter at Lowe Funeral Home.

Outside of work, Taylor enjoys listening to music, diamond art painting, crocheting, and spending time with her family, friends, and her two cats. She also loves visiting thrift stores and flea markets and working her booth at Southern Relics in Wrens, Georgia.

Connie Kitchens

Office Administrator

A dedicated public servant and resident of Gibson, Georgia. As the Glascock County Coroner, Connie has been tirelessly serving her community since 1990. She is a member of Fellowship Baptist Church in Gibson, GA and the chaplain for the Georgia Coroner's Association. Her commitment to compassion, professionalism, and honoring the departed has made her an integral part of the local funeral and memorial services. Whether comforting grieving families or ensuring dignified final arrangements, Connie Kitchens-Jackson’s impact extends far beyond her official role. She embodies the spirit of community care and empathy, leaving a lasting legacy in the hearts of those she serves.
