Warren Funeral Cremation Package - $2,095.00 + Tax

Package Includes:

  • Local Transfer of remains to our center (within a 50 - mile radius)
  • Sheltering of remains in a climate - controlled room
  • Cremation Fee
  • Alternative cremation container
  • Filing of death certificate
  • Notification of Social Security Administration
  • Basic services of funeral director and staff

Package DOES NOT Include:

  • Public or private viewing
  • Ceremony/Celebration of Life
  • Cash Advanced items
  • 30 Minute Private Viewing before cremation (includes preparation of unembalmed remains) Additional: $450.00

Warren Celebration of Life Package
Without Visitation - $3,095.00 + Tax

With Visitation - $3,450.00 + Tax

Package Includes:

  • Filing of death certificate
  • Notification of Social Security Administration
  • Basic services of funeral director and staff
  • Celebration of life service in The Callaway Chapel or elsewhere (Monday - Friday 9:00am - 4:00pm)
  • Basic Memorial Package (1 Reg. book, 100 Memorial Folders, Ack. Cards)

Package DOES NOT Include:

  • Public or private viewing
  • Cash Advanced items
  • 30 Minute Private Viewing before cremation for 25 people (includes preparation of unembalmed remains) Additional: $450.00

  • Dressing and Cosmetizing
  • Rental Casket
  • Viewing/ Visitation (Mon. - Fri. 9:00am - 4:00pm)
  • Memorial Ceremony in The Callaway Chapel or elsewhere (Mon. - Fri. 9:00am - 4:00pm)
  • Cremation Fee
  • Alternative cremation container
  • Filing of death certificate
  • Notification of Social Security Administration
  • Basic services of funeral director and staff
