I am sorry to hear of Ms. Jean's passing. She was a wonderful and caring person. I knew her as Ms. Chapman. She taught me English during my sophomore year at Warren County High School. Throughout my adult life, I have been asked many times to name a teacher who was a great inspiration to me. I have always mentioned Ms. Chapman as one of those teachers. It is for that reason that I never forgot her. She was very kind to me during my years in high school. She encouraged me to build upon my God given talents and develop them. We need more teachers like her today. She will truly be missed but leaves a legacy that will never be forgotten. May God bless and keep her family. I will keep you all in my thoughts and prayers today and in the days ahead.

I have such fond memories of "Miss" Jean, Mr. Jack, and Demp as my neighbors in Crawfordville. I also have fond memories of "Miss" Jean as my English Teacher in Warrenton. I am a better person for having known Miss Jean. She was always pleasant and glad to help in any way because she was a caring person. She leaves many happy memories.

I was sorry to hear of Jean's passing, however, it was wonderful to find her and be able to pass on a message to her family.
"Miss Jean" was my Sunday School teacher at the Crawfordville Methodist Church. I remember her loving spirit but more that she introduced me to Christ.
She has been in my thoughts so many times through the years. There have been so many times I wanted to thank her for her influence and guidance.
Little did I realize, for a while, she was just a few miles away. (Didn't recognize her married name)
You come from good heritage and should have fond memories. May God sustain you in the coming days.
