William Warren (Billy) Seymour, Sr.

Mr. William Warren ”Billy” Seymour, Sr. age 77, life partner of Beverly Williams Warren of Warrenton entered into rest Sunday May 12, 2024 at his residence.

Memorial services will be held at 2:00 P.M. Friday, May 17, 2024 at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel with the Rev. Don Widener officiating. A private burial will be in the Warren square at Scruggs Cemetery in Norwood, GA.

A native of Albany, GA,  Mr. Billy was a 1964 graduate of Albany High School and a 1968 graduate of Valdosta State University. While in College, he was a member of the TKE (Tau Kappa Epsilon) fraternity.  A retired warehouse manager with Cool Air Connection, he was an avid Georgia Bulldog fan and a active member of the Georgia Bulldog Club of Jacksonville and Norwood Baptist Church. In addition, he loved to fish and hunt.

Survivors include his life partner, Beverly Warren, three sons, William Warren (Will) Seymour, Jr. Joey (Karen) Warren and Jason (Stacey) Warren; one daughter, Kimberly Warren Toole; one brother, Tommy (May) Seymour; one sister, Sybil Seymour Cooper; 9 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren. Mr. Seymour was preceded in death by his parents, Marilyn Warren Seymour and Glenn Seymour along with his wife Jennifer Karn Seymour.

Memorials may be made to the Norwood Baptist Church C/O Mrs. Lynn Wood P.O. Box 372 Norwood, GA 30821 or to the St. Jude Children’s Hospital 501 St. Jude Place Memphis, TN 38105  

The family will receive friends immediately following the memorial service.
