Thomas Patrick (Pat) Smith

Appling,GA -  Mr. Thomas Patrick "Pat" Smith, age 70 of Appling entered into rest Saturday July 20, 2019 at the residence of his daughter.

A Memorial Gathering  will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday August 3, 2019 at the Horeb Baptist Church in Mayfield,  Hancock County, GA.

Mr. Smith, a native of Mayfield, Hancock County, GA was the son of the late Kathryn and Tom Smith. He as was a U.S. Army Veteran serving in Korea.  He was retired from Deerfield Specialty Papers in Augusta and a member of Horeb Baptist Church.

Survivors include his daughter, Jessica (Robert) Caster of Appling, a sister, Lisa Smith of Appling, a brother, Phil Smith of Norwood, three grandchildren, Nikki Caster, Christian Caster, and Valan Caster all of Appling, A best friend, Aaron Denton of Augusta and numerous nieces and nephews.

** The family has requested that those attending, please wear casual clothing.
