Acworth, Georgia – Mr. Robert James “Bob” “HoHo” Tarantino, age 77, a cherished husband, devoted father, and beloved grandfather, passed away peacefully at the residence of his daughter in Warrenton, Georgia on March 17, 2025. He was the loving husband of Mrs. Sandra Behrndt Tarantino and the son of the late Arthur Eli Tarantino and Ruth Gagnon Tarantino.
A native of Chevy Chase, Maryland, Mr. Tarantino later made Acworth his home, where his kindness and vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Following high school, Bob enlisted in the United States Navy, where he honorably served as a Hospital Corpsman Third Class. However, his greatest joy in life was always his family, whom he treasured. Fondly remembered for his role as Santa Claus, Bob found immense happiness in bringing smiles to children’s faces, listening to their Christmas wishes, and sharing in their joy.
