September 21, 1976 - August 8, 2021

Robert Caster, 44 of Appling, Georgia took flight to his heavenly home with his precious Jesus after a hard fight with Covid.  He is a United States Air Force veteran and he loved being an employee with Waste Management! 

Bob-Robert was a member of Sharon Baptist Church in Appling Georgia where he taught and loved his Median Adult Sunday School class! On a fall weekend, you could find Robert taking a nap in his tree stand supposedly deer hunting! The rest of his free time was spent in his favorite chair holding his "Sweets" hand watching old westerns! 

 Robert is proceeded in death by his Dad, Jerome "Jerry" Caster who taught him how to be the world's best mechanic. He leaves behind for a time, his wife who adored him beyond explanation, Jessica Caster who he called his "Sweet"! His three children Nikki "butterfly", Christian "son" and Valan "June bug" Caster. His Mamma Wanda Caster and sisters Kathy (Nick) Mock of Martinez, Cindy Okun Radka of New York, and Annette Caster-Keesler (Terri) of New York. Many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, and uncles. His "favorite" Aunt Lisa Smith of Ormond Beach Florida and his "favorite" Uncle Phil Smith of Norwood Georgia. 

He also leaves behind two lifelong best friends Tony Barletta and Warren Cliatt who he loved more than a brother!

The family would love to thank their Sharon Baptist Church family for holding us up when we couldn't stand through precious prayers, calls, texts and visits! Words can never express our thankfulness to God for blessing our family with our beloved church family and many friends and co-workers with Waste Management.  We would also like to thank all the Doctors and Nurses that gave our Robert the most exceptional care at the Charlie Norwood VA Medical Center. 

My Love's home going celebration, with Rev. Andy Collins officiating, will be Saturday August  14th, 2021 at Sharon Baptist Church 6262 Cobbham Road Appling Ga 30802 in the Family Life Center with the visitation beginning at 11 am and the funeral at 12pm.  To God be The Glory!
