Mrs. Hazel Stewart

Mrs. Hazel Stewart, age 85, beloved wife ot the late Carlton Albert Stewart, of Johnson Street died Thursday, October 31, 2013 at her daughters home in Statesboro, GA.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Saturday, November 2, 2013 at the First Baptist Church of Warrenton, with the Rev. Mike Dann officiating. Burial will Follow at Sallie Hill Cemetery. Mrs. Stewart will lie in state at the church for one hour prior to the services.
Mrs. Stewart was the daughter of the late Horace and Marie Williams, Sr. She was a retired Draft Person for Forest and Land. She was a member of the First Baptist Church of Warrenton and the Laura Lee Sunday School Class.
Survivors include one son, A. Dean Stewart of Warrenton, one daughter, Elayne Stewart (Ron) McMahon of Statesboro, four grandchildren Brad (Lindsey) McMahon, Katherine McMahon, Carlton (Katherine) Stewart, and Amber Stewart, two great grandchildren Kara Faye McMahon and Carlos Stewart, three nieces and one nephew. Mrs. Stewart was preceded in death by a brother Horace Williams and and sister Margaret Hollis.
Pallbearers will be Dan Crumpton, Larry Rachels, Alton Johnson, Dennis Coxwell, Jim McMichael, and Randy Thrift. Honorary Pallbearers will be past and present Deacons of the First Baptist Church of Warrenton,
The family will receive friends and family at Lowe Funeral home on Friday evening November 1, 2013, from 6:00 to 8:00 P.M.
