Mary Denise (Broussard) Price

Gibson-Glascock County, GA - Mrs. Mary Denise Broussard Price, age 64, entered into rest Wednesday, June 11, 2025, at Piedmont Hospital of Augusta.

A Celebration of Life service will be held at a later date.

Mrs. Price was a native of Houston, Texas, but lived in Gibson for many years. She was the daughter of the late Ward Elliot Broussard, Sr. and Charlotte Ann McDaid Broussard. She was a homemaker and a catholic by faith. Mary often referred to herself as "Cybill" in a joking way and that's part of her great sense of humor she had!  She had a heart of gold and never turned anyone away that needed help or a place to stay. She was kind, loved her family, fun to be around and quick tempered if you made her mad! She will be missed beyond words; she is much loved and will never be forgotten.

Mrs. Price is survived by her two sons, Richard Price and wife Patty of Gibson, Georgia, Michael Price and wife Christian of Springfield, Georgia; daughter, Dianne Hudson Harris Husband Brooks of Rome, Georgia; a sister, Bridgett Geshrick and husband Steve of Marrietta, Georgia; a brother, Ward Elliot Broussard, Jr and wife Becky of Sandersville, Georgia; nine grandchildren, six great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild. 

She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Brian Boussard.
