Ms. Lois Ross Davis
Warrenton - Ms. Lois Ross Davis, a woman who truly loved the Lord with all her heart and influenced the lives of many people, entered into rest on Wednesday, Jan 3, 2024, at the age of 82.
Ms. Davis was the daughter of the late Edmond Ross and Addie Flournoy Ross. Warrenton was her beloved home till after high school. She married Ciscero Davis, and they decided to relocate to New York. While she enjoyed the city life, her heart was back home in Georgia, and after the death of her husband, she decided to move back to Warrenton in the late 1970’s. Ms. Davis was a member of Trinity AME church and loved to sing. She worked at Warrenton Health and Rehab until her health issues caused her to stop working.
Lois is survived by two sons, Reggie Davis of Warrenton GA, and Derrick Davis (Tara) of Lawrenceville GA; four grandchildren, Keisha Davis, Devarius Davis, Devonte Davis, Xavien Jackson; and six great grandchildren, Rhyuan, Sanyria, Jurnee, Chase, Javien, and Jackson.
A visitation will be held on Saturday, January 13 from 11:45 AM to 12:45 PM and the memorial service will be at 1:00 PM at the Lowe Funeral Home Chapel with burial at Sallie Hill Cemetary.
