Lelia Elizabeth (Grubbs) Swain

Norwood, GA  - Mrs. Lelia Grubbs Swain age 80 beloved wife of the late Mr. Robert Charles Swain of Norwood entered into rest Monday December 9, 2019.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Saturday at the First Baptist Church of Warrenton with Dr. Brandon Furr officiating.

Mrs. Swain a native of Brooksville, FL was the daughter of the late Ida Catherine Arick Grubbs and Denton Grubbs.  A Norwood resident since 1995, Mrs. Lelia  was a retired floral designer and a member of the First Baptist Church of Warrenton.  In addition, Mrs. Swain volunteered her time with McDuffie Manna.

Survivors include her son, Tony Swain (Beth Willis) of Surf City, NC and her brother, Bill Grubbs (Barbara) of Evans, GA.

The family will receive friends following the service in the church sanctuary.

In lieu of flowers, the family request any memorials be made to the First Baptist Church of Warrenton 206 S. Norwood Street Warrenton, GA 30828.
