Donnie Dunn Obituary

Mrs. Donnie Jean Wood Dunn age 78, beloved wife of Mr. Eddie A. Dunn entered into rest Thursday evening April 29, 2021.

Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:30 P.M. Sunday at the Friendship Baptist Church Cemetery,  Glascock County, GA. with Mrs. Gail Underwood officiating.

Mrs. Dunn a native of Cherokee County, GA had been a resident of Hancock County before moving to Woodstock. A devoted homemaker, Mrs. Dunn put her family first.

In addition to her husband, survivors include two daughters, Martha (Bobby) Jackson and Carol (Ken) Burnette both of Mitchell, GA; two son, James (Laurie) Dunn of Jasper, GA and Danny Dunn of Woodstock, GA .; two sisters, Betty (Donald) Pittman of Austell, GA and Shirley Wynn of Mitchell, GA; two brothers, Clyde Wood and Stevie Wood both of Mitchell, GA; nine grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.

Pallbearers will be Hunter Dunn, Sebastian Dunn, B.J. Burnette, Dustin Burnette, Stevie Wood, Brett Algier, Danny Harris, and Matt Rich.

The family will receive friends Sunday afternoon from 1:30 - 2:30 P.M. at Lowe Funeral Home.

In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorial contributions be made to Mrs. Dunn's great grand-son;  Mason Burnette  C/O Queensborough National Bank & Trust P.O. Box 467 Louisville, GA 30434.
