Mr. Billy Ray Smith

Warrenton, GA - Mr. Billy Ray Smith age 84 beloved husband of Mrs. Nancy Warren Smith of Johnson Street died Friday morning May 11, 2018 at the Thomson Health & Rehabilitation Center.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday, 11:00 A.M., May 16, 2017 at the Martin Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow in the Midway Cemetery in Jemison AL  with Military Honors.

Mr. Smith a native of Bluet, TX. was a U.S. Army Veteran retiring after 28 years of service. In addition, Mr. Smith served on Jemison AL Police Department. Mr. Smith attended Norwood Baptist Church.

Additional survivors include a daughter, Angie (Michael) Smith of Clanton, AL, one son, Charles (Suzie Smith of Pell City, AL

Six grandchildren and six great grandchildren. Mr. Smith was preceded in death by a son Keith Smith.

The family will receive friends following the graveside service.
