Annas E. Hobbs

WARRENTON, GA - Mrs. Annas Evans Hobbs, age 79, beloved wife of the late Mr. Rufus (Shorty) Hobbs died Tuesday evening August 5, 2014 at the Warrenton Health & Rehabilitation Center.
Graveside funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. Friday, August 8, 2014 at the Little Briar Creek Baptist Church Cemetery with the Rev. Boyd Reeves officiating.
Mrs. Hobbs a lifelong resident of Warren County was a homemaker and a member of Camak Baptist Church.
Survivors include a daughter, Jean (Gary) Yount, Aiken, SC, four sons, Thomas “Tommy” (Nell) Avera, Robert “Robbin” Hobbs, Warrenton, Ricky (Donna) Hobbs, Avera, and Hugh Hobbs, Augusta, two sisters, Shirley (James) Hillman, Stapleton, Mary Mooney, Thomson, one brother, Bennie (Marcia) Evans, Harlem, four grandchildren, Leigh Anne (William) Schmidt, Michael Yount, Sarah Hobbs, and Matthew Hobbs, three great grandchildren, LandonSchmidt, Lucas Schmidt, and Addison Schmidt.
The family will receive friends from 7:00 – 9:00 P.M. Thursday evening at Lowe Funeral Home.
