Kenneth Matthew Wilkie

Warrenton, GA – Mr. Kenneth Matthew Wilkie, age 57, entered into rest Sunday, November 13, 2022, at his residence.  Kenneth was the son of Mr. John Keith Wilkie and Mrs. Shirley Ann Daniels Wilkie.

Mr. Wilkie was born and lived in Atlanta most of his life until recently moving to Warrenton, Georgia.  Kenneth attended high school where he played football.  After high school he went on to obtain his Bachelor's Degree in General Contracting from Kennesaw State University.  Mr. Wilkie was self employed as a General Contractor and welder for over twenty years. Kenneth was a student of Joe Correly and earned his Black Belt under Joe and assisted in several of his competitions.  In his spare time, Kenneth enjoyed hunting, listening to music, cooking, and spending time with his friends and family.  He will be remembered by his friends and family for his love of life and living life to the fullest.

Survivors include his son Tanner Wilkie of Claxton, Georgia; three sisters, Lori Vasilovic and husband James of Warrenton, Tia Russell and husband Ron of Marietta, and Deborah Leatherwood of Diamondale, MI; nephew Destin Leatherwood; two grand nephews, Destin leatherwood, Jr. and Michael leatherwood; two grand nieces, Tracy Jane Leatherwood and Marley Leatherwood.

A Memorial Service will be held at a later date.
