SPARTA, GA - Mrs. Dorthy Helen Hayes (Millegan)Bell was born March 30, 1924 in Mountain View, Oklahoma, to Nellie Gates Smith and Charles Elmer Hayes. She was one of Eight children.

Dorthy was the much-loved mother of David Ross Millegan, Linda Ruth Milligan Howard, Elizabeth Nell Millegan Walker and Dorthy Ann Millegan Arnold Mauldin.

She was a mother who loved the Lord and by her life pointed both children and grandchildren toward a relationship with the Lord.

Her Grandchildren are: Riley and Carl Millegan, Ronald and Vonhoward, Erica Walker Thompson, and Wakely Walker, Steve, Bobby, Keith, Kristi, Arnold Kunkle, and Marco Williams.

She is also survived by nine great grandchildren.

Dorthy lovingly cared for her family, served her lord faithfully as Sunday School teacher of children and adults. She was church secretary at First Baptist Church, Espanola, New Mexico for many years.

In short, she was the best of Christian mothers and will be greatly missed… But we know she is "Home" now with the Lord.
