Daniel Wade Welch

Augusta, GA – Mr. Daniel Wade Welch, age 33, entered into rest Wednesday, September 14, 2022, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina.

Daniel was the son of  Mr. Wade Timothy Welch and Mrs. Wanda Rabun Mock.  He was a 2007 Graduate of Harlem High School.  Mr. Welch was employed as a Heat and Air Technician.  Daniel was a friend to everyone and had a heart of gold. He was a life long fan of the Georgia Bulldogs and Atlanta Falcons.

Survivors include his father, Wade Timothy Welch (Yvette Sanders) of Augusta; sister, Holly Welch (Ronnie Hughes) of Hephzibah; grandmother, Shirley Welch; nieces and nephews, Tyler Seman, Savannah Seman, Madison Hughes and Isabella Barfield; his mother, Wanda R. Mock; and uncle, Larry Rabun.

He was preceded into death by his brother Wesley Hartley Jr., his Uncle Roy Welch, and Papa John Welch.

Honorary Pallbearers will be Brandon Flippo, Barrett Hughes, Jason Raborn, Chris Carlton, Will Singletary and Adam Perry.

A graveside service will be held 3 p.m., Wednesday, September 21, 2022 at Hillcrest Memorial Park 2700 Deans Bridge Road Augusta, Georgia 30909 with Dewey Jones officiating.

We want to give Daniel the memorial he deserves, to honor his memory and say our last goodbyes. In lieu of flowers we are asking for donations to help with his funeral.
