GIBSON, GA- Mrs. Barbara McNeal Lowe, age 75, died Sunday evening March 13, 2016 at Georgia Regents Medical Center – Augusta. Graveside funeral services will be held at 3:00 P.M. Wednesday, March 16, 2016 at the Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery Avera, GA with Rev. John Jenkins officiating. Mrs. Lowe, a native of Glascock County, GA was the daughter of the late Mary Hadden McNeal and William Earnest McNeal. She was a retired seamstress from Stapleton Garment Co and a member of the Trinity Baptist Church and the Glascock County Senior Citizens. Survivors include her daughter, Patsy L. (Greg) Renew, of Stapleton, GA, her son, William C. "Pee-Wee" (Irene) Williams, of Mitchell, GA, one sister, Shirley M. Kelly, of Stapleton, GA, 8 grandchildren, William E. Williams, Amy Jeanette Moore, Marie Adams, Kimberly Dilworth, Stacy Moody, Brandon Lowe, Greg Renew, Jr., Krystle Neal, & 21 Great grandchildren. Honorary pallbearers will be members of the Glascock County Senior Citizens Center. Friends may call at the residence of her daughter, Patsy Renew, 1075 Rob Street Stapleton, GA.
