Mansfield, GA Mr. Richard Michael Neal, age 71, died Monday September 25, 2017 at Northside Hospital in Atlanta.

Graveside funeral services will be held 1:00 P.M. Saturday September  30, 2017 at Mill Creek Baptist Church Cemetery in Glascock County, with the Rev. Brian George officiating.

Mr. Neal was the son of the late Alvin and Mattie Shelton Neal. He was a retired truck driver for Dekalb Pipe Line, and he was a Baptist by faith.

He is survived by his friend and partner Jeanette Cole of Lithonia, two daughters Tammy Neal of Social Circle, and Kim Neal Godwin of Alabama, one sister Terry Hoover Boggs of Barnesville, GA, six grand children, Abby Parker, Justi Land, Breanna Godwin, Amber Godwin, Shay Neal and Jessie Mozingo, and one great grandchild Tinleigh Parker.
